Good Teaching's offerings are organized around three tiers. Each tier can stand alone, be combined with others, or eventually serve as part of a whole-school support model. Every tier is grounded in Good Teaching's Three Pillars: Classroom Systems and Learning Environment, Pedagogy, Planning and Instruction, and Professional Navigation and Teacher Identity.
Tier 1: Teacher Professional Learning
For alternative certification and non-licensed beginning teachers
A multi-day, face-to-face professional learning experience designed for early-career teachers currently in classrooms without formal educator preparation. Over four days, teachers build foundational pedagogy, classroom systems, and a developing professional identity alongside peers in a collaborative, structured setting. Teachers leave more prepared, more intentional, and more confident than when they arrived.

Follow-up support sessions — Ongoing support is available after the initial session. For groups of up to 5 teachers, follow-up support costs $4,000 per quarter and includes 2 sessions per week. For groups larger than 5 teachers, reach out to discuss a support structure that fits your school's needs.
Tier 2: Induction & Support System Alignment
For induction leaders, HR representatives, mentors, coaches, and school and district leaders
A system-centered offering focused on strengthening the structures that support beginning teachers. Leaders engage in hands-on, collaborative work to revise or reimagine induction models using research, data, and direct knowledge of teacher needs. The outcome is a more intentional induction system that reflects how teachers are actually entering the profession.
What's included
Week-long professional learning session
Revised Induction Framework Map and differentiated induction pathways
4 follow-up check-in sessions — scheduled at times that work for your team
Actionable plans for sustaining induction supports over time

Tier 3: Mentor, Coach & Leader Alignment
For instructional coaches, mentors, teacher leaders, beginning teacher coordinators, and school administrators
A professional learning experience and facilitated collaboration for the adults who support alternative licensed or non-licensed early-career educators. Without intentional alignment, support can become fragmented, inconsistent, or overwhelming. Tier 3 helps mentors, coaches, and leaders develop shared approaches, clarify roles, and coordinate their efforts so that the teachers they support receive consistent, clear guidance.
What's included

Coordinated Support Framework: defined roles, communication protocols, and aligned feedback practices
Structured work on confidentiality, role clarity, and feedback delivery
